SHOW RATES:
Day Fees $60.00
Per Day, per rider and/or horse. Includes unlimited trainer rides, show rides, coaching, warm-ups as needed, overseeing of grooms, etc. Includes per diem that contributes to hospitality room and meals for the grooms. Outside riders attending shows with Granite Hill Farms add an additional $20 per day
Grooming $60.00
Per horse per day and includes gratuity. Paid directly to the grooms themselves.
Set up fee $25.00
Per show, per horse.
Transportation
Varies based on location and is paid directly to the hauler.
Medication
Should your horse require medication at the horse show, Granite Hill Farm will not charge for storage or to administer medication. Medication will be billed by providing veterinarian to each client.
Children
Children left in the care of Jonathan during the shows specifically and not with parents must send $20.00 per day for meals and expense money for the child prior to traveling and at shows.
Hotel & Travel Cost
Hotel and travel costs will be split amongst number of clients attending the horse show.
Deposits & Checks
A deposit will be required before any horse leaves for a horse show, and will be deducted from the overall bill. Deposits are $250.00 for local shows and $500.00 for away shows
Along with deposits each client must provide checks for the following if applicable:
-Hauler
-Braider
-Horse Show Office
Granite Hill Farm will charge an additional $50.00 on top of invoiced amount for any checks that need to be written out for the clients, unless prior arrangements have been made.
