Boarding Package
Monthly fee of $1200.00 to board horses with Granite Hill Farms during the sales process. This rate includes board, training, feed, care, grooming, advertising, marketing, and ALL aspects of sale process from start to finish. Does not include veterinary or farrier services. No additional charges will apply.
Representation Package
Initial fee is $100.00 per horse to videotape, upload onto YouTube and begin sales process. Monthly fee of $75.00 to have Granite Hill Farms maintain representation through various medias, handle customer correspondence, assist with scheduling, paperwork, processing of commisions and monetary responsibilities, etc. Standard comission charged if buyers come directly from/brought to horses via Granite Hill Farms. Clients choosing this package pay only a $500.00 referral fee if seperate third parties purchase horse through posted videos, correspondence or other advertising media generated by Granite Hill Farms. Additional charges to have us present during pre-purchase exams, viewings, or equine transportation vary reasonably, and may be based on mileage.

15% (fifteen percent) of the total sale price/lease fee will be charged for all sales and lease transactions performed through Granite Hill Farm.
Unless directed or instructed of special circumstances by either party prior to sale, Granite Hill Farms assumes all parties accept the percentages of commission rates above.
*Any additional balances owed at the time of sale will be added to the commission total and noted on Schedule A attachment.
*Balances owed to vendors such as farriers, veterinarians, transporters, etc will also be added to the commission total and will be paid by Granite Hill Farm. Invoices from said vendors will be provided to ensure accuracy.
*We follow ethical codes and standards set forth by our governing agencies.
*USHJA 2010 "........encourage the provision of full disclosure about the background of a horse, while at the same time recognizing and protecting the rights of both the buyer and seller to privacy."
*We stand by the horses and people we represent. We reserve the right to refuse representation or boarding with Granite Hill Farms to anyone who does not share our values and integrity.
*All transactions concerning disclosures and/or of a monetary concern will be documented and accessible to the parties they apply to, while maintaining privacy between trainers, agents, buyers, sellers, and clients. Commissions, special circumstances/terms will be included in the bill of sale or lease agreement on a Schedule A attachment for all parties.
